What do you need to do?
Step One: Send us your videos
Please record a set of 2-3 videos and photos of your child doing his/her daily activities at home: watching TV, playing, eating, walking, crawling …
Also, a set of 2-3 videos full body videos, prone & supine (in underwear) Lateral & top view.
Length of videos: 20-30 seconds each.
Step Two: Fill the Family Questionnaire Online
Fill the ABR Family Questionnaire using the Online Form below. Please provide as much detailed information as you can.
With the videos and the information provided at the Online Questionnaire, Leonid Blyum will prepare the Initial Case Review and a tailored ABR Introductory exercises program for your child , based on his each children in the ABR International Online Respiratory Module based mainly on the respiratory, globar motor and function condition of your child
