- 250 grams of nuts
- 250 grams of dates
- 250 grams of coconut flakes
Grind to a fine powder and add:
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 2 teaspoons coconut cream
- 2 Tablespoons raw cream / cocoa butter
Mix. If your child eats mashed food, give it in small amounts using a spoon. If he/she can ingest solid foods, shape the candy into balls and refrigerate for several hours.
